Account Deletion

Use this page to request removal or deactivation of an EduNest Driver account managed by your school.

School controlled Driver accounts are created and managed by the school or transport administrator.
Verification needed The school must verify the driver before deleting or disabling account access.
Transport records Some trip, route, and location records may be retained for safety and compliance.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion or deactivation of an EduNest Driver account, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your school administrator or transport administrator.
  2. Ask them to delete, deactivate, or remove access for your EduNest Driver account.
  3. Provide the verification details below so the correct driver account can be identified.
  4. After verification, the school or authorized support team will process the eligible request.

2. Required Details

Include these details in your request:

  • Driver full name.
  • School or institution name.
  • Registered phone number or login identifier.
  • Assigned van number or plate number, if available.
  • A clear statement that you want your EduNest Driver account deleted or deactivated.

3. What May Be Deleted or Disabled

After approval, the following may be deleted, disabled, or unlinked:

  • Driver app login access.
  • Active authentication sessions and saved tokens where possible.
  • Notification or device association for the driver app.
  • Optional driver profile fields that are no longer required for school records.
  • Active van assignment access, if the school removes the driver from that route.

4. What May Be Retained

The school may retain some records when required for transport operations, student safety, audit, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or school policy. Retained records may include:

  • Past trip start/end records and route history.
  • Location update logs connected to completed school van trips.
  • Assigned student transport records and administrative logs.
  • Security, backup, and diagnostic logs for a limited period.
Removing app access may stop future driver login and tracking, but it may not delete historical transport records the school must keep.

5. Processing Timeline

Processing time depends on school verification and record review. If more information is needed, the school or support team may contact you before completing the request.

Start with your school administrator or transport administrator because EduNest Driver accounts are school managed. Include your name, school name, registered phone or login identifier, and assigned van details if available.
